Small square in a small street, very cozy, with very friendly and delightful staff! they have a large selection of typical Portuguese food, made with high quality products, very tasty! I would recommend that you have the codfish of batel and the cheese epudim as dessert!

A small and qualitatiw high quality restaurant, beautifully designed. suitable for a romantic evening. eating is fresh and very tasty. the wine is excellent. very recommended.

I don't know what some people are talking about when they talk about bad service. we were there on a busy late afternoon, when the whole dining room was packed, and the man who greeted us (probably the owner) and served us was incredibly friendly and friendly with every single mozen in the restaurant. he came to each table several times and laughed with all his guests. we would not have asked for a better experience. he led us patiently through the menu and made excellent weeping suggestions. the seafood was generous with all kinds of fresh ingredients and was an excellent value, as he hand-fed three people. they make one fall and try the unconventional cheesecake. the sweet and salty balance was unusual, but very well worked. we were the last guests in the restaurant during the switch between lunch and dinner, and not even we were hastened or made to feel something, but warmly welcomed all the time. many unfortunate tourist traps at popular destinations are completely forgotten and bordering. we will be happy to get our experience at o batel for a long time.

Realmente um 10º lugar! Comida incrível, muito boa atenção do garçom, cuidando de cada detalhe e local muito agradável. Sem dúvida foi o local onde comemos melhor durante a nossa viagem a Portugal.
