I traveled with my family and among us, my father, 1 years old nephew, and 6 years old nephew are very picky eaters. They loved the food. So much that we ordered from them in the following night. The portions are large and the prices are super...influencable. You even had nice live music when I picked up the food. The only drawback is that they don't have really working phones, so taking out reservations or order is almost impossible. If not, I would give them 5. Either way, I highly recommend this place.
When Luis Pachon from Las Acacias Calle 140 greeted us, I knew we were in the right place. Some of the best greetings I had. 3 singers dressed in traditional dresses went from table to table singing and playing their guitar as just Latinos know-how. When they came to our table, I asked them if they could sing some Christian songs. The song was so powerful that I almost forgot the good food on my plate. Fantastic!
My girlfriend and I had a beautiful dinner at this restaurant and quite enjoyed the service, as well as the charm that the restaurant had. The servers were very friendly and dressed in traditional Colombian attire. They had an English menu which was helpful. The food came quickly and was delicious and each dish came with many sides and different sauces.
My husband and I always like to eat at typical local places and Las Acacias was way better than I thought. Great food, drinks, live music and kind waiters. It is a small place, but so cozy, and with great prices. You have to go try it :)
