The best Truite au bleu ever a poached, almost wild, trout. In the house smoked ham and salmon (they have their own smoke room, known as Thue). Beautiful place on a bend of dessoubre, friendly service and a large local wine list. In any case, it's worth the reroute when snow has been deleted. Very reasonable prices.

A very nice place on the edge of the dessoubre , the fraicher in summer a well-worked regional product meal .a good Sunday in the vallé of the dessoubre
The trout of the mill is an excellent restaurant typically franc-comtois. Wherever we come, the road leading to this restaurant is in itself a beautiful objective of ballading. the site, in the midst of the bright waters of the desoubre, is magnificent. In the summer, the garden on the river offers a haven of freshness and calm. The welcome is warm. The kitchen is both a copyful and delicious one. I recommend the traditional regional specialties: an excellent bite crust, then the miller trout, of which we are sure it has just been caught in one of the basins that surround the mill. all for a very acceptable price.
