Auberge du Vieux Bois

The vieux bois closed end 2021 and reopened as L’Accord parfait in the March 2022. owner chef rudy desplanque by le bon accueil is responsible for this new venture. it's just a week open, but looks like it's my new favorite. divonne restaurant! menu de jour for 17€ weekdays. open from Thursday to Monday (you can also order fresh roast chicken for lunch break. worth a visit!

Was not already a because back as a terrible service. still terrible, slow and unfriendly, but good eating, great presentation and good value for money. will not go back.

While we visited a friend in genf, we spent an extra night and returned to the forest for another dinner at the auberge du vieux vieux bois in divonnes les bains. her idea of the planche de montagnarde as an appetizer overwhelmed my man by his great! actually it was a meal in itself. the hunch that followed in the menu was a bit overlaid, therefore disappointing. my appetizer of crispy reblochon was simply amazing. the fine main course of the fish was delicious. I was lucky that my man was a crème brulée du jour. a perfect finish! not to forget: the wine selection is excellent, with 0.375 dl bottles, perfect for two.

This restaurant is excellent the food is excellent and very well presented and staff are very friendly and attentative. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and go back.

This is very nice place, quite conveniently located about 20-30 minutes outside Geneva, on the side of the main Gex-Divonne road, with plenty of parking space. In the summer, there is a nice garden, close to a forest. But our last visit was in February, with rain and snow.Menu is good, and quite reasonaby priced. The full 4 course menu is actually quite a bargain. As a first course, my wife had smoked salmon, and I choose "foie gras"; both were wonderfully served. As a main course, we both choose duck, but were somewhat disappointed, not by the food which was OK, but by the service which was too slow; the plates arrived already half cold. It should not have been the case ! Wine list is good with all of the familiar red names from the Beaujolois.
