Schreiber-Heyne (original)

Living in Egypt for the past 24 years I cannot visit Frankfurt to visit some of my favorite restaurants, the "original" Schreiber-Heyne at the Moerfelder Landstrasse is one of them. Very tasty food, friendly service and all at a reasonable price. I cannot wait for my next trip to Frankfurt

We had dinner with some friends in this pretty unique restaurant. The food was typical Frankfurt cuisine and tasted terrific, we loved it. The service is done by s young team who seem to like what they are doing, it was a pleasure to be a guest in this restaurant, we will come back.There is another restaurant with the same name, we were in the one at Mörfelder Landstrasse 11

We were looking for a beer garden near our hotel that had excellent reviews. We checked Yelp and this place popped-up. We decided to try it out the night we were leaving to go back home. The servers spoke English and they also had an English menu. The beer, apfelwine, appetizer, and entrees were all reasonably priced with average to above average portions. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. By the time we arrived, most outdoor seats were occupied by the locals. We were the only tourists in the restaurant. We were glad we were able to dine here. This is a great place to go for after work drinks and dinner with friends and family in the Saschenhausen neighborhood.

Contempt! this restaurant only accepts cash! offers typical French dishes like green sauce! I went here to make our family friends taste frankfurt's locality. the food was delicious. this is located near the metro station “Frankfurt Süd” and take the north exit where it is. can find a bakery right after the exit. have fun and enjoy your meal

As a German who lived in South Africa, I enjoyed this place so much. handkäs mit musik and appelwoi was one of the best we had on this trip. also loved the outside seats under the trees. thank you for coming back
