Skyline Restaurant - Hamburg

Unfortunately we cannot divide the positive experiences like others. We were there on 1st of April and ordered lamb caramellised. . Despite our question to the waiter ift this is really lamb the kitchen had confirmed to him it is lamb.We are culinaric very well educated and know definately the difference of lamb and calw; the cook obviously not. My husband ate it as he was hungry to death; I ate the veggi on side which was delicious. But at least We received Kalbsbäckchen, not at all caramellised. Pity as the waiters are friendly, the surrounding nice. One star for the service staff.

We had a perfect dinner, (3 courses) with the most beatiful view over Hamborg and the Elbe. Our waiter was very kind, helpfull and paid good attention if we needed something. The food was nice and tastefull and the vime was good. Teh Price level was also good compared to the food.
