Lorne Pier Seafood Restaurant

The service at this restaurant was excellent! The entrees were delicious. I ordered the salmon pasta as my main course and it was one of the best pastas I have ever had. There was plenty of salmon in it and it tasted fantastic. My partner had the Surf n Turf and really enjoyed it. The view was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

After a delightful stay in Lorne, we decided to have one final meal before heading back to Melbourne at the Lorne Pier Restaurant. Intrigued by the stunning ocean views, we were greeted warmly by a friendly waiter who seated us by a window overlooking the waves. My boyfriend opted for a classic bacon and egg breakfast with Oysters Kilpatrick, while I chose the Atlantic Salmon from the Specials Menu. Despite the restaurant's casual and homey atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive presentation and generous portion of the salmon. Unable to finish it all, I ended up sharing some with my boyfriend. I look forward to returning to the Pier Restaurant on my next visit to Lorne, hoping for sunny weather and even more breathtaking ocean views.

The view was breathtaking, the staff were friendly and the food was extremely fresh and delicious. We even got to hand feed cockatoos which was fun. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

This place came highly recommended to us for our Lorne trip, and we couldn't say no to trying this place out. Located on the Pier and the name suggests, the restaurant has a great view of the ocean and the pier beside it. The restaurant is nice and roomy, but quite packed with asian tourists when we went which was a shame (there were just so many of them! <br/ <br/ The food was good, despite me not being a huge fan of seafood. I got the Crab Bisque, which was really nice, and we also got the Seafood Marinara and one of the Main fish dishes. The name of the fish escapes me right now but it was tasty. It's very pricey place, since seafood, I've certainly had more filling dishes elsewhere. The staff were okay, but they could've just been annoyed with the asian tourists :
