Wheat Restaurant - Melbourne

Had a few work meetings here, over breakfast and lunch. good food and service but nothing special. i'd use again for work.

Nice place to have a drink and nibble after work on Friday. Delicious food and good wine list. There's outdoor area when it's not to cold.

We had a quick lunch at wheat and we able to get a table as all the briefs were still on holiday. Service was fantastic (bilingual Swiss/Kiwi waitress).

Located in the centre of Melbourne it operates as a bistro type restaurant with a varied and interesting menu. This food is all freshly prepared and tastefully presented. Wheat can stand comparison with anything else of this type

Good food and beverages with friendly service. Mark and his son, Tom, run a very efficient operation. Professional staff. Good acoustics for small groups in the booths and there's a large private room. Wheat also caters for medium - large evening functions by arrangement.
