You can't go wrong with the poutine here. The staff was very understanding even though we didn't speak French.

Terrible delivery service for Mike's in Beauport. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and made 3 calls but still did not receive my pepperoni pizza. The restaurant showed no concern for our dissatisfaction when contacted by phone, offering no discounts or solutions. Avoid ordering delivery from here.

We decided to dine at this restaurant while staying at a nearby hotel. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. Although we received menus right away, it took a long time before we were able to place our orders. When our food finally arrived, it was overcooked. The batter on my fish was so tough that it seemed like it needed a hammer to crack it, and the fries in the poutine were burnt black. The salad was also very disappointing. My son ordered a sub, but the bacon in it was cold and rubbery, not nearly as good as a sub from Subway and double the price. We also ordered a half pitcher of beer, which thankfully was served cold.
