Restaurant BargGnuss - Rigi Staffel

My friend and I really enjoyed our lunch break on the beautiful terrace of BärgGnuss restaurant. The terrace is quite large, so you will be sure to find a place to enjoy your meal. I ordered the miner who was served very hot. Should have gone with a salad because it was a very warm day in Mount Rigi and after this hot soup I sweated. The soup was good! Service is friendly and the toilets were very clean.

We had a very nice lunch in BargGnuss, which is a short walk from the mountain from the railway station. If you want to sit in the beautiful scenic master room with the amazing view, I would recommend that you come early there, I am not sure...if you take reservations. We had a fantastic fresh salad, tasty pork and the Cordon-Bleu.

Beautiful salad buffet, burgers on peasant bread, more kinds of meat (only from Swiss raised animals that they won a price). We also enjoyed the Rigi cheese, slightly smoked and served raclette style over damped pots all to the sound of the cow bells.

Had a little meal on a hot day on their balcony and really enjoyed it. nice service and good food. We will come back.

Our group of 21 had a delicious lunch friendly, efficient service. It was a nice stop for hiking on Mt. Rigi. Thanks for a nice time!
