I have been to this place several times in the last 2 years and they do 3 vegan main dishes (chili sin carne and spaghetti bolognese, unfortunately I do not remember the 3rd option) and a vegan dessert that is the Choco-banana cake. very recommend the chili sen carne, super tasty (has none of the other main dishes, but I guess they are also delicious). can also recommend the cake! if you take the cable car up, there is a beautiful and picturesque option if you want to do something for your fitness: the walk has about 800m height gain and it took 90min to the restaurant (the description says it takes about 2 and half an hour to the summit (needs good shoes for the last bit and strong nerves I had to turn around in my trainers).
There were two vegan options on the daymap. Tessiner Graupen Risotto with root vegetables and Red Beete chips, very tasty and serving abundant. Price was €12.90 and the other dish, pumpkin kernel roast with zucchini tomato ragout and salad set, there was for € 13.80.
There were three vegan main dishes, as well as a vegan cake to choose from. The prices are totally fair for the situation, we were really surprised. The view is a dream on the terrace or in the panoramic restaurant! Absolute recommendation
Apart from the menu, it is worth reading the signs on the wall. There, as vegan dishes, the pumpkin kernel rösti as well as a grey-penrisotto were available. My choice fell to the first and I was very enthusiastic. The vegetables, the side salad and the roast have tastefully harmonized extremely well! Can I recommend to everyone! After the serving I was pappsatt and happy Bloß a pity that there are no traditional alpine dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn or cheese spets in vegan variant.
