Restaurant Le Saint Hubert

I had the most beautiful dinner here. eating/traveling alone and with food restrictions it is not always like this. here, perfection. my waitress was great that she was made over the menu, the understanding of food restrictions and even a dessert for me. I appreciated the level of care so. That means a lot. everything was perfectly timed. beautiful cocktails and great wine card. the sight is beautiful, watching the sun set above the luberon as the swallows fly. eating is delicious and herbic with portions on the smaller side (if they are American) but exactly right. they even have a gluten-free baguette! the only time I could have brot with dinner in France. many thanks to my beautiful waitress and the rest of the team that they give me such a beautiful experience here in my last night in the beautiful Provence. (make a res and safe to say if they want a terrace table, as there are not so many)

We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! this is simply the best eating in the Provence, without any doubt! I recommend booking early as quickly fill in tables. book a table outside, if possible, because it is excellent, but the great draw. is eating, they don't make mistakes. eric and lise are excellent and we will be back as often as possible.

The reason for the premature booking is that they are able to enjoy a breathtaking view. the restaurant 4 areas. a small terrace of about 6 tables that have an unrestricted view. then the covered terras, still beautiful, but a bit more restricted, the interieur, where they have no look and finally the street side that has its own charm. the food was excellent. beautiful and fresh combinations. the lamb and the brain-feuille of the vegetables were excellent. for those who do not speak French were at least 2 of the employees fluent in English.

Wonderful experience. Great service and excellent cuisine. We had help in selecting an amazing Rose and the food was very good. In particular, the genuine and friendly service at the restaurant coupled with its location made this a memorable meal. We will be back.
