Unbelievably rude, rooms are subpar and contaminated, seriously disappointed and the lack of any type of acceptable customer service or human level interaction...

Pretty small hot pool the cold is decent size, nice employees and fair price to get in, showers are broken no hot water but free lockers

The hot springs were great if that's all you going for and the service and people are very friendly is great and room is good and breakfast that we is good too...
